Celebrating the upcoming biennial

With 100 days left until the opening of the 2008 Gwangju Biennale, the elementary school children of Gwangju gathered in the city’s stadium to celebrate. A huge banner promoting the event was decorated by the kids, and hoisted in the air by balloons. The identity we designed for the 2008 edition of the contemporary art biennial is represented on the left side of the banner, with the organization’s logo on the right.
