Since 1999, London-based onedotzero has staged the largest dedicated digital film festival in the world. A “cross-media production company and an international network of events” that “champions and explores new forms of moving image,” onedotzero is involved in activities that include a dvd label, events, education, publishing, consulting, and productions.

On September 26, onedotzero’s “Adventures in Motion Festival” kicks off in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The tour will then proceed to Zurich and London, and then across Asia, the Americas, Europe and the Baltics in 2009. Selected for the festival tour is BaseMotion’s film for Room C of the Thirst Pavilion at Expo 2008 (World’s Fair), in Zaragoza, Spain. After 93 days and 5.5 million visitors, Expo 2008 closed on September 14, but it will live on with onedotzero, and on vimeo.
