Full house at the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid
The MAD Design Conference last Saturday and Sunday was by all accounts a huge success. Madrid’s Congress Hall was packed— more than 1,600 visitors attended the two-day event. MAD’s 14 speakers covered a range of design-related topics and media, and master classes delved deeper in typography and information architecture. Everything went according to plan and schedule, and no equipment imploded, exploded, or melted down.
BaseMotion’s Jean-Marc, from Belgium, spoke at the event, in Spanish, and gave a presentation in English about, in part, the integration of words and typography in video.
